Bottle flavour different then the pot+rechargeble device licking
Tried the new blu pot horrible, stopping all time or just getting burned flavour , tried to switch to the rechargeble vape thinking the tabaco floor will be same in boltte as thepot. NOT A CHANCE! Even is same brand same flavour the bottle have completely other flavour the pot. Just ridiculous!
The flavor is a total disgrace, and the rechargeble device is licking.
I’ve been a blu customer for 4 years but
I’ve been a blu customer for 4 years . Recently changed to new vape with pods. Most of the pods are duds. Would contact Blu but just a hassle. Seriously thinking of looking for a new product. Very disappointed with new product and price hike.
Poor product
Poor product. I’ve purchased lots of replacement pods and many have been faulty/unusable. Lots have worked fine initial and then just stop working. Very poor user experience.
Exceptionally poor value for money
Bought a blu 2.0 to help get through a stressful time but 50% of the time the pods straight out of the pack are faulty. Most flavours taste the same too, some kind of burnt battery acid. The 9mg mint one is the only one without that “did I quit cigarettes for this” taste.
50% POD FAILURE. Also acrid vaping sensation.
What a waste of time and money.
Had three pods fail in one week. Thought it was the pen at first, so bought extra pens.
Also experienced acrid, dry and cough inducing vape...also found i am coughing in the morning.

Shockingly poor customer service
Update: Yes, you sent replacements and they didn’t work either! Now you are questioning why I need replacements for these ones and want to further test them before you send anymore! Just bought some from a supermarket and they didn’t work either! We are going to change to a different brand! Awful!
Shockingly poor customer service! The new 2.0 pods never work! Contact customer service they won’t replace them or admit fault and treat you as though you are at fault for questioning why the product does not work! To get a replacement, you have to print your own returns labels, repackage and send them back for ‘testing’. They know that there is a problem so why put customers through all of this rubbish every time the Pods fail. The failure rate is appalling and the for the cost this is simply unacceptable!

Brough 3 packs of pods and only one…
Brough 3 packs of pods and only one worked all the rest giving red flashing light this is so frustrating

Do not use these. I have used pretty much every type of electronic cigarette and vape and have not had the reaction I have had with any compared to how I felt on these. Within 2-3 days of using blu pro I began coughing and wheezing, I haven’t had a cough for years and have been vaping throughout that time. It made me feel so tired and sick. I believe the reason is that the coil doesn’t heat up as much as it should so the vapour is not as ‘fine’ as it should be, therefore sticking to your lungs more and making you cough. I switched back to elf bars which is what I used before and my breathing went back to normal. The liquids are also awful, taste bad etc. Probably one of the worst purchases I have made.

Catastrophic pod failure rate.
These pods on this new and 'improved' blu 2 system suffer a failure rate of between 10% failure rate (if you are lucky),in my own experience you will throw roughly 15 out of 100 away.The vast majority fail straight out of the sealed package.A minority just taste acrid and fail at 80% full.Either way you will be met by a flashing red light when drawing on the device.Big,big issues with this system-avoid.

out of 5 packs brought (10pods) 5 didnt work and were defective anyone using the my blu2 device and pods the pods will cost you £7 per pod because the fail rate of pods is 1 per pack

I seem to get the occasion all blu 2.0…
I seem to get the occasional blu 2.0 pod that doesn’t work. It’s not just the cost of £3 per pod it’s when you run out!

2 months ago exactly today, I placed an order paying part of the order with my Blu points earned by spending money with them and the rest with my card. I still did not receive my package. The customer service gives me the choice to continue to wait for the package or be refunded. But because they don’t sell directly to clients anymore and I paid part of the order with my points, now the value of these points would be zero and I would not be able to use them anymore. They do it on purpose and refuse to send me a new order. They are thieves as it is not the first time that it happened. They don’t care about clients, they have no empathy, when I track the package it shows it was never picked up from their warehouse. Terrible behavior

Blu ii faulty pods
New blu ii pods faulty had 20% stop working and the pod is over 75% full...put new pod in and ok....they have a fault with these and will lose customers fast unless they resolve and admit problem. Tried customer service and they push you back to retailer surely they want faulty pods back to analyse suggests to me they know they have problem!!!!

Tried the 2.0 after many years of using…
Tried the 2.0 after many years of using blu, had the odd leak, the odd mishap and progressed onto disposables for a while.
Thought I’d go back to blu to see how things were but this 2.0 is ridiculous.
I bought the battery and after buying 3 packs at £7 each 2 of the 6 were faulty (quite lucky compared to other reviews) and just have a red light after a few puffs.
What a rip off.
Its cheaper to buy the disposables with the 5 for £20 deals ?♂️ I’m done with blu now, last time they were waste my money.
